2. The winner of the $500AUD shall be contacted via their email address & their nick shall be posted the the Winners Circle. In the event that the member does not respond to their win within a seven (7) day period, another draw shall take place and another winner shall be drawn.

3. Only one (1) forum membership is permitted. Anyone found to be using multiple registration shall be voided form the draw.

4. This competition is only open to Australian Residents.

5. The winner must be 18 years old or older. If management believe that a member is not 18 years old management reserves the right to void entry & or void win; at which point another winner shall be draw.

6. The winner agrees to have their Forum Nick and prize amount posted to the Winners Circle.

7. Management reserves the right to change these terms and condition without notice. Management also reserves the right to void a member(s) eligibility should they believe the member(s) are trying to & or are using fraudulent means to claim eligibility for the draw criteria & or for the prize draw. The managements decision is final. No correspondence shall be entered into.

8. Payment of the $500AUD shall only be made via direct bank transfer from an Australian Bank to another Australian Bank Account.

9. All details given to allow payment shall remain confidential. All Personal details of the winner will not be shared; leased; sold; exchanged; traded or given to any Third Party.
